Austin A30

Automobiles

The A30 is the small family car that Austin produced from May 1952 to September 1956, launched at the 1951 Earls Court Motor Show as the New Austin Seven and meant as Austin's competitor with the Morris Minor. At launch it cost 507 pounds, undercutting the Minor by 62 pounds. It was first offered as a four door saloon, with two door variants from late 1953 and a van and Countryman estate from 1954, and 223,264 were built before the A35 replaced it in 1956. This site gives every generation and every model year its own page, in one generation: the single generation (1952 to 1956).
