As with other Transit variants, the passenger versions of the Transit Custom were branded Tourneo Custom. The 2015 van was a mid size front wheel drive model that sat between the compact Transit Connect and the larger Transit, with a 2.2 litre turbodiesel in three outputs. Passenger versions were sold as the Tourneo Custom, and the van was developed by Ford of Europe. The Transit Custom was Ford's mid size van, in the Transit range between the Transit Connect and the larger Transit.
