The 2020 Super Duty debuted at the 2019 Chicago Auto Show in February, with a revised grille and tailgate, new wheel options and better materials for the Limited. A new 7.3 litre gasoline engine nicknamed Godzilla replaced the Triton V10, and Ford reintroduced the F 600 and the Tremor package. The Super Duty is a dedicated heavy duty variant of the F Series, sold above the F 150 with Power Stroke diesel engines as an option.
