In 2024 Ford dropped the California Route 1 trim from the Mach-E lineup and added the Rally model above the GT. The Mach-E's production in China by the Changan Ford joint venture had been announced in February 2021 to enter the nation's electric vehicle market. The Mach-E continued with the Select, Premium, GT and Rally trims in the United States, with two battery sizes and rear or all wheel drive.
