The Kuga was still in production in 2026, now in its third generation and eighteen years after its debut, the compact crossover SUV Ford manufactures mainly for Europe. It is sold as the Escape in North America, Australia, the Middle East and several countries in the Americas. Its facelift of January 2024 kept it on sale, with a plug in hybrid that had topped the European plug in hybrid sales table for three years.
