In June 2022 the Focus received an update in Europe that added an electrified powertrain and minor equipment changes. The new EcoBoost Hybrid engine was a mild hybrid version of Ford's 1.0 liter turbocharged three cylinder in 125 PS and 155 PS outputs, both with six speed manuals. In September 2022 Ford revealed a Track Pack for the updated Focus ST, and Ford Australia dropped the Focus ST from its line up in August 2022.
