Ford Fiesta (second generation, Mk2)

Automobiles

The Mk2 Fiesta was a light facelift of the original car, with wraparound headlights, a revised front end and interior, and a front chassis structure that was widened to take a five speed gearbox and the new CVH engines. It was sold as a three door hatchback and a panel van. A diesel Fiesta, a lean burn engine range and a continuously variable transmission were added over its life, and it was replaced by the heavily updated Mk3 for 1989. Each model year has its own page.
