2005 Ford Fiesta

Automobiles

A Fiesta saloon with a different front end, called the Ikon, was released in India in late 2005, following a similar saloon launched in Brazil and Argentina a year earlier. The hatchback Fiesta kept its engines from the previous generation, renamed Duratec, with a 1.3 liter RoCam engine replacing the push rod 1.3 that had initially been available in Britain. The Fiesta was the best selling generation of the car to that date.
