Ford F-Series (twelfth generation)

Automobiles

The twelfth generation F-150, revealed at the 2008 Detroit show, had a larger and more flexible interior, an updated three bar grille, a lighter high strength steel chassis and more trim levels. The F-150 became the smallest Ford truck in North America after the Ranger was withdrawn in 2011, and the Lincoln Mark LT was repackaged as the F-150 Platinum. Powertrains changed in 2011 to a 3.7 liter V6, a 5.0 liter V8 and the twin turbo EcoBoost V6. Each model year has its own page.
