The Eunos 800 of 1994 was in its second year, the flagship of the Eunos channel, with the Miller cycle version called the Eunos 800M, the first production car in the world with a Miller cycle engine. It was engineered to far greater levels of perceived quality than other Mazda cars, with smaller panel gaps and a thicker paint coating, and it was sold in Europe as the Xedos 9 and launched in North America as the Millenia.
