Range Rover GT

Automobiles

The Range Rover GT is an upcoming battery electric luxury crossover SUV from Jaguar Land Rover and the first dedicated battery electric vehicle under the Range Rover marque. It was officially teased on 22 July 2026 with camouflaged exterior images and a full reveal of the interior design. Although it has been called the second generation Velar, Range Rover has confirmed it is the fifth member of the Range Rover family and will not replace the Velar. Built on JLR's Electrified Modular Architecture, it has a fastback body lower than traditional Range Rover models and a length closer to the Range Rover Sport, with production due at the Halewood plant from 2027. A hybrid model is to follow, and the interior is a minimalist design with an OLED central display and 2+2 seating.
