The MX-30 is Mazda's subcompact crossover SUV, based on the CX-30 and shown at the Tokyo Motor Show in 2019. It was Mazda's first mass produced electric car, built at the Ujina plant in Hiroshima from May 2020, and was also sold as a mild hybrid and, from 2023, as a plug-in hybrid with a single rotor Wankel engine acting as range extender. It has clamshell freestyle doors, as on the RX-8. This site gives every generation and every model year its own page, in one generation: the first generation (2020 to 2024).
