The 6e is a mid size D segment car that Mazda makes with Changan in the joint venture Changan Mazda in China, known there as the EZ-6, from 2024. It comes as a pure battery electric car or as an extended range electric vehicle, and was co developed with Changan Automobile on the EPA platform of the Deepal L07 liftback. It was introduced at the Beijing Auto Show in April 2024 and later sold in Europe, Australia and Southeast Asia, with a 600 km claimed range under the Chinese CLTC test.
