Honda 0 Saloon

The Honda 0 Saloon was a planned electric vehicle developed by Honda, introduced as part of the Honda 0 Series at the 2025 Consumer Electronics Show. It was expected to enter production in 2026, launching first in North America and then in other global markets. In March 2026 Honda cancelled the 0 Saloon, citing US tariffs, the cancellation of EV subsidies and competitive pressures that would make launching the vehicle unprofitable. The design follows an approach that prioritises aerodynamics, lightweight construction and integrated technology, with a low and wide body and a minimalist interior focused on space and function, and the car was to include an artificial intelligence system that adapts to driver preferences, limited autonomous driving assistance and remotely updated software. Honda planned to make it as part of its strategy of moving to 100 percent electric sales by 2040.
