The Edsel Pacer had a single generation and a single model year. It was a step above the base Ranger, with contoured seat backs, nylon upholstery and extra stainless steel trim, on Ford 118 inch wheelbase with a 361 cubic inch V8 as standard. Despite being among the best selling 1958 Edsels it was dropped for 1959 when Edsel regrouped its range. The year page gives its details. It was dropped after the first model year.
