The Dodge Demon was a roadster concept car made by DaimlerChrysler, designed to slot below the Viper in the Dodge range. It first appeared at the 2007 Geneva Auto Show and was considered for production, since its materials, construction and design were such that production would be feasible. It was powered by a 2.4 litre gasoline World Engine producing 172 horsepower at 6,000 rpm and 165 pound-feet of torque at 4,400 rpm. The name had been used in the 1970s for the Dodge Dart Demon, a fastback model.
