For the 2022 model year the Suburban saw increased availability of the 6.2 liter V8, which continued to be standard on the High Country but could now also be fitted to the RST, Z71 and Premier trim levels, and expanded the Magnetic Ride Control availability. The 12.3 inch screen, with Google Assistant, Google Maps and the Google Play Store embedded, became standard on the higher trims except for the LS.
