The Chevrolet Monza 2+2 won Motor Trend magazine's Car of the Year award for 1975. General Motors had planned to introduce the GM Wankel rotary engine in the Monza's 1975 model, but the engine was cancelled and the 1975 Chevrolet Monza was launched carrying a conventional piston engine instead. In April 1975 the Monza Towne Coupe was introduced as a notchback body style. This page belongs to the Chevrolet Monza model on its Chevrolet make page, and it links to the generation and the neighbouring model years so that the whole run of the model can be followed in order.
