2000 Chevrolet Camaro

Automobiles

The changes for the 2000 Camaro were also largely cosmetic, and the main one was a new four spoke steering wheel, as used in other General Motors models of the time, which replaced the two spoke wheel that dated back to the 1993 models. The LS1 produced 350 horsepower at the flywheel but was marketed at 310 horsepower in the Camaro so as not to deter sales from the Corvette, and the Z28 and SS were the top models.
