The Chevrolet Bolt EUV, short for electric utility vehicle, a battery electric subcompact crossover SUV presented on February 14, 2021, had three trim levels when introduced in 2022, beginning with the LT. Bolt EV and EUV production was paused from November 2021 to April 2022 after all vehicles were recalled to replace the traction battery. The 2022 Bolt line was restarted in April 2022 after the pause that followed the battery recall, with the EUV crossover joining the hatchback.
