Buick Riviera (fourth generation, 1974 to 1976)

Automobiles

Although carrying over the same platform, mechanicals and some body panels as the third generation, Buick replaced the boat tail roofline with a more conventional looking Colonnade treatment, turning the car from a hardtop coupe into a pillared coupe with wide B pillars and fixed quarter opera windows. The revised styling did not improve sales, which fell to 20,129 in 1974. Its model years run from 1974 to 1976.
