The updated G06 X6 became available in March 2023, with M Sport trim as standard equipment. The exterior changes included a revised grille, bumpers and lighting, with a new front, and the mid life update brought the iDrive 8 system to the car. The facelift was called the Life Cycle Impulse and the X6 continued at the Greer plant. The refresh gave the third generation a longer life and kept the X6 on sale into the second half of the decade.
