The F15 X5 was first unveiled to the public on 30 May 2013, and it officially debuted in November 2013, after being shown at the Frankfurt International Motor Show. The X5 arrived in US showrooms in 2013. Early models included the xDrive50i, xDrive30d and M50d, and in December 2013 additional engine options became available, including xDrive40d, xDrive35i, xDrive25d and sDrive25d. The X5 arrived in US showrooms in 2013.
