The F10 facelift, known as LCI, began production in July 2013 for the 2014 model year, with refined lights and bumpers. The 5 Series continued as the saloon, Touring and Gran Turismo range, and the ActiveHybrid 5 was rated by the EPA at a combined 26 miles per gallon for the 2013 model year. The F18 long wheelbase saloon was sold in China, Mexico, Turkey and the Middle East. The M550d xDrive diesel was one of the performance models built in that period.
