2012 BMW 1 Series (F20, F21)

Automobiles

In 2012 the 125i, 125d and 116d EfficientDynamics Edition models were introduced, and in July the 114i and M135i followed, with optional xDrive all wheel drive for the 120d and M135i. The F21 three door was unveiled at the Auto Mobil International in Leipzig and the six cylinder M135i three door was unveiled at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show. The 3 door F21 added to the five door F20 gave the second generation a two body style range in 2012.
