1967 AMC Marlin

Automobiles

The 1967 model year saw an increase in specialty market segment that included the luxurious personal cars. It was now built on AMC's completely redesigned 118 inch wheelbase senior platform, the AMC Ambassador chassis, and the overall length of the new Marlin's body increased by 6.5 inches. Teague said the 1967 car was the best looking Marlin they built. Sales of the redesigned Marlin fell to 2,545, and the Marlin was discontinued after 1967.
