Trucks and Commercial Road Vehicles

The Unimog is a line of multi-purpose, highly off-road-capable all-wheel-drive vehicles built by Daimler Truck, produced since 1948. Built around engine-driven power take-offs that let a single vehicle power a wide range of attached implements, the Unimog has been used across an unusually broad span of roles, including as an agricultural tractor, a light truck and lorry, a snow plow, a forestry and rural firefighting vehicle, a military transport, and even as a rally and recreational vehicle. The Unimog's combination of genuine truck-grade durability with tractor-like versatility has made it one of the most recognizable specialist off-road commercial vehicles in the world, with a following among both professional operators and private enthusiasts that has sustained its production for more than seven decades.
