CRRC Luoyang Co., Ltd. is a Chinese railway locomotive manufacturing company located in Luoyang, Henan, and a subsidiary of CRRC. It began in 1958 as the Luoyang Locomotive Plant of the Zhengzhou Railway Bureau. In 2007 the plant became part of CSR Corporation Limited and was renamed CSR Luoyang Locomotive Co., Ltd. When CSR and its rival CNR merged to form CRRC in 2015, the subsidiary took its present name. The Wikipedia article on CSR lists the Luoyang subsidiary under manufacturing and maintenance, with the work of refurbishing locomotives, and names Luoyang among the group's main locomotive factories.
