Ranz was a Chinese automotive marque owned by Tianjin FAW Toyota Motor and aimed at electric cars. It was launched at the Shanghai Auto Show in April 2013 with a concept car, and its only road vehicle was the Ranz EV, an electric saloon for the Chinese market based on the Toyota Corolla, shown at the Guangzhou Motor Show in November 2014 and relaunched in 2015 as the E50 EV with a 95 horsepower electric motor and a top speed of 120 kilometres per hour. Two more concept cars followed, the RF-EA1 in 2016 and the RF-EA2 in 2017. No sales were recorded beyond a small taxi pilot, no production cars were sold and the marque has not been used since 2017.
