The Dennis Eagle Utility Vehicle was a complete vehicle built by Dennis Eagle for work outside the refuse market. Its cab included a microwave and a sink, and a low-noise, hydraulically driven box mounted on the offside of the chassis held a compressor and a generator, with a 4.5 cubic metre storage box above it. In 1996 North West Water placed a record order for 155 of these Elite Utility Vehicles, which Dennis Eagle treated as a significant step in its attempt to break out of its dependence on the municipal market. The same microwave and sink fittings were used in the Dennis Eagle RAF Refueller.
