The Fiat 6640A was an Italian wheeled amphibious armoured vehicle built for the Italian government from the early 1950s until the 1980s. It carried a crew of two behind armour four millimetres thick and was driven by a six cylinder diesel engine. On land it could reach 90 kilometres per hour with a range of 750 kilometres, and on water it made 11 kilometres per hour with a range of 60 kilometres.
