Volkswagen Transporter T6

The Volkswagen Transporter T6 is the sixth generation of the Transporter van, a mid-size model from Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles that sits between the larger Crafter and the smaller Caddy. It keeps the T5 platform but adds a new dashboard, a revised front end, LED lighting and more driver assistance. A T6.1 update in March 2019 brought electric power steering and a digital instrument cluster. The T6 is sold as panel van, Kombi, Caravelle or Multivan passenger models, Shuttle and chassis cab, and it is a favourite base for camper conversions including the factory California. The T6.1 Caravelle and Multivan gave way to the Multivan T7 in 2022.
