The Volkswagen Caddy is a panel van and leisure activity vehicle that Volkswagen has produced since 1979. It was first introduced in North America in 1979, where it was sold as the Rabbit Pickup with a 1.6 litre petrol engine joined by a 1.5 litre diesel for 1980, and in Europe in 1982. The second generation, the Typ 9K released in 1995, was a light van designed by Volkswagen's Spanish subsidiary SEAT and derived from the SEAT Ibiza, and SEAT sold a version of it as the Inca. The Typ 2K was derived from the Touran platform with Golf Mk5 front suspension, and the Typ SB was rebadged for the third generation of the Ford Tourneo Connect from 2021.
