Maruti Suzuki Super Carry

Trucks and Commercial Road Vehicles

The Maruti Suzuki Super Carry is a small commercial pickup truck that Maruti Suzuki began selling in India in 2016. It is based on the Suzuki Carry Futura, with a wheelbase 140 mm longer than the original and a different interior. At launch it was offered with a 1196 cc G12B four-cylinder engine that ran on petrol or compressed natural gas and with a 793 cc two-cylinder turbodiesel, the first diesel engine Suzuki developed and the first for the Carry family, both paired with a five-speed manual gearbox. The diesel was dropped in March 2020 because it did not meet the Bharat Stage 6 emissions standard, and in April 2023 the petrol and CNG engine was replaced by the newer 1.2-litre K-Series Dual Jet engine. The truck was also exported to Africa from April 2016 and sold in the Philippines from October 2016, and in India it is sold through the Maruti Suzuki Commercial network.
