Hyundai Solati

The Hyundai Solati, sold in Europe as the H350, is a light commercial van and small truck from Hyundai Motor Company that competes with the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, Ford Transit, Iveco Daily and Renault Master. It was first shown at the IAA commercial vehicle show in Hanover in September 2014 and at the Seoul Motor Show in April 2015, and went on sale in Korea on 19 October 2015. It is built at the Jeonju commercial vehicle plant in South Korea and, in kit form, by Karsan in Turkey. It comes as a passenger van with 14 to 16 seats, a mid-size van and a cargo van of up to 12.9 cubic metres, in lengths of 6.2 and 5.52 metres, and a 1.2 tonne truck on the same chassis is sold only in Europe. Early cars had a six-speed manual and an eight-speed automatic was added in 2016. After the Starex ended in April 2021 it became the only rear-wheel-drive 15-seat van in the range, used on demand-responsive and rural bus routes and for rental.
