The Hyundai Medium Truck, known as the 91A medium truck, was a medium-duty truck that Hyundai Motor Company launched on 2 July 1990 as the successor to the Bison. It was based on the first-generation Mitsubishi Fuso Fighter and was built until 1997. In May 1994, when Hyundai adopted a new corporate identity, the front badge changed from the HYUNDAI wording to the oval emblem and the door decals changed. The only gearbox was a six-speed manual. The FK41 line-up covered 4.5, 5 and 5.5 tonne cargo trucks, a 5 tonne dump truck, wrecker, box body, wing body and refrigerated body trucks. In October 1997 it was phased out in favour of the Super Medium Truck, which Hyundai developed itself, and many 91A trucks still work as tractors, cargo and refrigerated trucks and tow trucks.
