Fiat Talento I

Trucks and Commercial Road Vehicles

The Fiat Talento of 1989 was a shortened and modified version of the Fiat Ducato produced from 1989 to 1994. It was distinguished by a gross weight of 2350 kilograms and a payload of about 800 kilograms, and it was the successor of the Fiat 900. The wheelbase was reduced from 2929 to 2315 millimetres. It was offered as a van and as a passenger variant of it, and for some time also as a pickup and as a chassis for conversions such as campers. Two engines came from the Ducato, a 2.0 petrol unit coded 170B and a 1.9 diesel coded 149B1000. The Fiat Scudo was its successor. The Polish article gives its production site as Val di Sangro and lists front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive.
