Freightliner Cascadia

The Freightliner Cascadia is an American heavy-duty Class 8 truck built by Freightliner, a subsidiary of Daimler Truck, introduced in 2007 and designed with an aerodynamic cab shape intended to reduce fuel consumption on long-haul routes compared with the more angular trucks it replaced. It went on to become the best-selling heavy truck model in North America, and later generations added extensive electronic safety and driver-assistance systems as well as a battery-electric variant, reflecting the model's central role in Freightliner's long-haul truck lineup.
