The 2010 VT750C2B Shadow Phantom debuted in the fall of 2009, powered by a blackened fuel-injected version of the Shadow 750 shaft-drive engine, with a black frame and abridged bodywork based on the Aero. The VT750RS roadster, a retro standard with a seat height of 750 millimetres and a more upright posture than the cruisers, arrived in North America in 2010 and stayed on the roster until 2013. North America's 2010 model year saw Shadow 750 engines with PGM-FI arrive in the Phantom and VT750RS models.
