Honda has made the Elite, a series of scooters, since 1983. In 1984 Honda released its first four-stroke modern scooter, the Elite 125, which was called the Honda Spacy in Japan and Europe and featured a retractable headlamp, a liquid-cooled engine and a digital dashboard. Later came the Elite 150 and the four-stroke Elite 80 (CH80), which was built from 1985 to 2007 and had a 23 model year run with only minor changes, and the 49 cc Elite E and Elite ES of the late 1980s. This site lists a page for every model year in the span covered here, each focused on what changed in that year, grouped into 2 generations: the Elite 125 and 150 (1984 to 1987 model years); the Elite 80, Elite E and Elite ES (1988 to 2007 model years). Each year page links to its generation, to this model page, to the previous model year and to Honda.
