Some markets got restyled Cubs from Honda in 1984, with square lamps, handlebars covered in plastic and a plastic rear mudguard, and the C50 gained a fully automatic three speed gearbox and a parking brake. Japan offered the square style only as an option, but in places such as the United Kingdom it replaced imports of the traditionally styled Cub with a round lamp. This page belongs to the Honda Super Cub (1982 to 2006), 1982 to 2006 model years; the generation page and the Honda Super Cub model page link to the other model years, so the changes of neighbouring years can be read in order.
