The British Rail Class 376 Electrostar is an electric multiple unit passenger train manufactured by Bombardier Transportation at its Derby Litchurch Lane Works. It belongs to the Electrostar family, the most common electric multiple units introduced since the privatisation of British Rail. Connex South Eastern ordered the units and South Eastern Trains introduced them in 2004 and 2005 to replace Class 465 and Class 466 trains, which moved to outer suburban services in Kent. All 36 units are allocated to Slade Green Depot and sent to Ramsgate for routine maintenance, and in 2025 a mid-life refresh began with a new Southeastern blue exterior wrap, LED lighting, refurbished seating and at-seat power, the first unit returning to service on 16 April 2025.
