Kawasaki Ninja 250SL

Motorcycles and Powered Two- and Three-Wheelers

The Kawasaki Ninja 250SL, codenamed BX250, is a sport bike in the Ninja series from the Japanese manufacturer Kawasaki, sold since 2014. In Indonesia it was first called the Ninja 250RR Mono, until the name was changed to 250SL in November 2016. It replaced the two-stroke Kawasaki Ninja ZX-150RR, also called the Ninja 150RR, which was produced from 1999 to 2016. Power comes from a 249 cc single-cylinder engine taken from the KLX250, which produces a claimed 21.33 kW, about 28.6 horsepower, at 9,700 rpm and 22.6 newton metres of torque at 8,200 rpm, through a six-speed constant-mesh transmission. It was the first Ninja sport bike to have a four-stroke single-cylinder engine.
