The Honda RC174 was a racing motorcycle built by Honda for the 350 cc class of Grand Prix motorcycle racing in the 1967 season. It was based on the 250 cc class Honda RC166, and although it had less than 300 cc it won seven of the eight races in that year's championship. Mike Hailwood won the world championship on it and Honda won the constructors' title. The RC174 was one of the last machines Honda built for Grand Prix racing before the company withdrew from the world championships at the end of 1967, and it shows how the company stretched the inline-six layout of its 250 cc bike across a larger class to dominate it in the final season of its first racing era.
