BMW F 450 RR

The BMW F 450 RR is a fully faired supersport motorcycle from BMW, presented in 2026, with styling including winglets that follows the S 1000 RR superbike, and it can be ridden on the class A2 licence. Like its sister models it is built in India. It shares the engine and frame concept of the F 450 GS and F 450 R: the water-cooled 420 cc inline twin with 35 kW (48 PS) at 8,750 rpm and 43 Nm at 6,750 rpm, a 135 degree crank offset and balancer shaft, magnesium covers, a chain final drive, a six-speed gearbox, a 14 litre tank and a WMTC consumption of 3.8 litres per 100 km, in a lattice frame with the engine as a stressed member and a wheelbase about 6 cm shorter than the 450 GS. The fork is adjustable with the optional sport suspension and cornering ABS Pro is fitted. An optional centrifugal clutch with shift assistant spares the rider from using the clutch, and for the race track the shift pattern can be reversed by moving a bolt on the shift linkage.
