The Honda CR85R is a racing motorcycle from Honda with a two-stroke engine, discontinued in 2007 and replaced by the four-stroke CRF150R. Its CR85R Expert variant has larger wheels and a longer swingarm, which give it greater ground clearance and a higher seat, and for that reason the Expert cannot race in the regular 85 cc class of the AMA. The CR85R was Honda's small-bore motocross machine, and its replacement by a 150 cc four-stroke reflected the company's move away from two-stroke racing bikes in the mid-2000s, when all of its 2008 models were four-strokes.
