BMW F 800 GS Adventure

The BMW F 800 GS Adventure is an off-road capable travel enduro motorcycle from the German maker BMW, presented on 14 June 2013 at the Touratech grounds in Niedereschach and on sale from the next day. It is based on the F 800 GS and built at the BMW plant in Berlin Spandau. BMW uses the word Adventure for its range extended models with better off-road ability, and this was the third in that line after the R 1150 GS Adventure and the R 1200 GS Adventure. Compared with the base model it has a larger windscreen, a new seat, hand protectors, an engine guard and a fuel tank enlarged by eight litres to 24 litres, and it weighs 229 kilograms ready to ride, 15 kilograms more. The Rotax parallel twin of 798 cubic centimetres makes 63 kilowatts. The internal model code is K75, and the F 800 GS line was replaced by the F 750 GS and F 850 GS in 2018.
