Honda dropped the Motocompo in 1983, after selling it from 1981 only in Japan and only as a factory add-on. It had been the smallest scooter ever produced by Honda. Although discontinued, Honda revisited the idea with concept vehicles such as the 2001 e-Dax and e-NSR and the 2011 Motor Compo electric scooter. The sources used for this page record no other change specific to the 1983 model year, so this page claims none.
