The Fury has had a single generation, the VT1300CX, built essentially unchanged since the 2010 model apart from yearly paint updates, and it is still in the lineup as of 2024. Stylists from Honda R&D Americas worked alongside engineers at the Asaka R&D Center in Japan, which belongs to Honda, to design its distinctive frame, bodywork and suspension parts, with a spidery frame on a long wheelbase and a rear end that imitates a hardtail. It was among the earliest bikes manufactured at Honda's new Kumamoto factory and exported to America. Each model year has its own page.
