Kawasaki Versys

Motorcycles and Powered Two- and Three-Wheelers

The Kawasaki Versys is a family of adventure touring motorcycles that Kawasaki has made since 2007, each model built on the engine of a roadster or sport bike from the same maker. The Versys 650, on sale from 2007, is based on the twin-cylinder Ninja 650R. The Versys 1000, from 2012, is based on the four-cylinder Z1000. The smaller Versys-X 250 and 300 have been made since 2017 and are based on the twin-cylinder Ninja 250R and 300. The Versys 1100, from 2024, is based on the four-cylinder Ninja 1100SX, and a Versys 900 was announced as upcoming. This entry covers the family as a whole, and the individual capacities can be given their own entries as they are sourced.
